Sir Jack Arnold Hayward OBE (1923 – 2015) was an English businessman and philanthropist. He served in the Royal Air Force during WWII. In 1951 he opened an office of Firth Cleveland Group of Companies, founded by his father Sir Charles Hayward, in New York. Hayward relocated first to Nassau and then to Grand Bahama to provide support for his father’s investments in the Bahamas. In 1956 he become Vice President of the Grand Bahama Port Authority.
